The project will support to re-engage the Youth and students in;
- Career Awareness and Exploration Mentorship programs, this is by bringing on board key community influencers & Student Youth Mentors to enlighten society and Youth on the available career opportunities, including volunteering, internship, shadowing, and paid opportunities.
- Training in life skills, interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, and communication skills.
- Provide them with a network of colleges, universities, and youth programs in Washington State.
- Provide psychological support targeted towards age and race groups and much more.
