Therapy for Black Girls 

Creates space to center the mental health needs of Black women and girls by providing resources and information on their website and podcast. They have general information on mental health and wellness. $120 voucher

Black Girls Heal

The online community and program created for women looking to support in navigating unhealthy relationships. They provide resources and information issues pertaining to relationships for women of color. 

The Paradox Collective

A collective of black and brown therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists offering Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for adults and youth of Color. The classes range from emotional regulation to distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. Classes range from 5-10 people per class. They also offer financial aid for those that may need it. 

MEND Seattle Therapy Services 

Mend Seattle provides quality, low-cost mental health counseling to individuals, couples and groups. We are a collective of healers with diverse educational backgrounds and identities committed to an anti-oppressive and liberatory approach to therapy. We emphasize serving the QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Community.

Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund

The Loveland Foundation is the official continuation of this effort to bring opportunity and healing to communities of color, and especially to Black women and girls. Through fellowships, residency programs, listening tours, and more, ultimately we hope to contribute to both the empowerment and the liberation of the communities we serve.
