AYDEPI has conducted virtual forums on Youth Education and Career choices with crucial community representatives, educators, professors, navigators, mentors, parents, and Youth. This is so important to advise young adults on navigating resources and choosing their jobs/career pathways. Most young African immigrants do not understand the American system or navigate proper resources to go to college beyond high school.  

In 2022, AYDEPI has lined up several programs/activities to empower Youth in and out of school on different mentorship programs. In partnership with youth mentorship organizations in Washington State, AYDEPI will engage many students on a curriculum to improve their knowledge of leadership skills and much more.
